부산은 지난 전남드래곤즈와의 8라운드 경기에서 조직적인 움직임을 보이며 한층 나아진 경기력을 선보였다. 전남보다 2배 많은 슈팅과 60%의 점유율을 기록하며 90분 동안 경기를 지배하는 모습을 보였다. 하지만 후반 32분 이래준의 퇴장으로 인해 10명으로 싸운 부산은 후반 44분 아쉽게 실점을 내주며 연승 도전을 다음으로 미루게 됐다.

부천은 현재 1승 2무 5패로 10위에 머물러 있다. 지난 경기 패배로 4연패를 기록했지만 어린 선수들로 구성된 부천은 주로 중앙에서 공격진으로 풀어나가는 플레이를 한다. 특히 좌우 윙백의 공격 가담이 눈에 띈다.
